How do I connect with my partner?
One partner generates an invite code and shares it with the other. The second partner enters the code to link your accounts. You can share via text, email, or any messaging app.
Why isn't my widget updating?
Widgets refresh periodically based on iOS system scheduling. Try opening the app to trigger an immediate refresh. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and notifications are enabled.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled for Reasons Why in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > Reasons Why). Also ensure you're connected to the internet and signed in to the app.
Can I change my partner?
Currently, each account can only be linked to one partner. To link with a different partner, you would need to delete your account and create a new one. We're working on adding the ability to unlink partners in a future update.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app. Go to the main screen, tap the menu icon, and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data including messages, profile information, and partner connection.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit, secure password hashing, and row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
